Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to the Partner Globally
website and your participation in the Partner Globally sales partnership program. By
using our website or applying to join the program, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility & Applications

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older with a valid CNIC.
  • Partner Globally may accept or reject any application at its sole discretion
    without providing a reason.
  • Completing training does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

2. Training & Certification

  • Training is free, self-paced, and online.
  • Passing scores: 70% for men and 65% for women, to encourage women’s
    participation in remote sales.
  • Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of each course.

3. Agent Roles & Responsibilities

  • Junior Agents: build prospect lists, perform outreach, and pass qualified
    leads to a Partner Globally sales manager.
  • Senior Agents: build prospect lists, perform outreach, prepare quotes,
    negotiate, and close deals.
  • Agents must follow Partner Globally’s sales process, templates, and
    communication guidelines.

4. Professional Conduct

All agents and website users must maintain professionalism and respect. The
following are strictly prohibited:

  • Hate speech or harassment
  • Religious or political debates
  • Gender discrimination
  • Impolite, offensive, or abusive language

Agents must treat customers, managers, and fellow agents with courtesy and
professionalism at all times.

5. Commissions & Payments

  • Junior Agents earn 20% commission on the first order only from their
    customers.
  • Senior Agents earn 20% commission on all repeat orders from their
    customers.
  • Commissions are recorded only after:
    o Successful delivery, and
    o Positive customer feedback without disputes.
  • Payments are made monthly (10th–15th) from our U.S. bank to the agent’s
    local Pakistani bank (IBAN required).
  • No commission is paid on refunded or disputed orders.

6. Rights of Partner Globally

  • Partner Globally may suspend or terminate any agent at its sole discretion,
    without prior notice.
  • Partner Globally may revise training, commission structures, or program
    rules at any time.
  • Agents who violate conduct rules may be permanently removed.

7. No Employment Relationship

  • Partner Globally is a commission-based partnership program, not an employer.
  • Agents are independent partners, free to work with other companies.
  • No fixed salaries, stipends, or job guarantees are provided.

8. Website Use

  • All content on this website, including training materials, is the property of
    Partner Globally.
  • Visitors may not copy, redistribute, or misuse website content without written permission.
  • We are not responsible for third-party links or external resources mentioned on our site.

9. Amendments

Partner Globally reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page. Continued use of the website and services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
