Opportunities with Partner Globally
Partner Globally was created to give Pakistani youth a chance to step into the world
of international B2B sales. Unlike freelancing marketplaces or small side hustles,
our model connects you directly with businesses in the United States. Every role in
this program is commission-based, remote, and backed by free professional training.
Two Paths to Start Your Sales Career
There are two roles in our program: Junior Sales Agent and Senior Sales Agent.
Each offers a clear structure, different levels of responsibility, and increasing
commission opportunities. Whether you are a beginner or already have sales
experience, you can find your place here.
Junior Sales Agent – The Starting Point
Junior agents are the foundation of our sales ecosystem. Their primary tasks include building prospect lists, sending cold outreach messages via email, social media, or WhatsApp, and passing interested leads to a Partner Globally sales manager. This role is designed for beginners who want to learn step by step without the
pressure of closing deals right away.
Training for Junior Agents
To qualify as a Junior Agent, you must complete the Customer Prospecting &
Outreach Foundations course. This free course teaches you how to research
businesses, prepare professional outreach, and use scripts and AI prompts
effectively. Once completed, you will receive your first certificate and can start
prospecting real customers.
Commission Structure for Junior Agents
Junior agents earn 20% commission on the first order only. This allows you to
focus on finding and qualifying new customers while your manager closes the deal.
- Estimated Earnings: In the first few months, junior agents typically earn
between $0–$400 USD, depending on their time, consistency, and outreach
quality. Some motivated agents have already crossed $600+ USD monthly
by Month 4.
Senior Sales Agent – The Advanced Role
Senior agents take sales to the next level. Beyond building lists and outreach, they
handle quotes, negotiations, and closing deals themselves. They work directly
with U.S. clients, answer questions about products, and manage the relationship to
ensure repeat business. This role requires more training but also comes with much
higher earning potential.
Training for Senior Agents
To qualify as a Senior Agent, you must complete all three free courses:
1. Customer Prospecting & Outreach Foundations
2. Sales & Communication Skills
3. Product & Decoration Essentials
These courses give you the knowledge to handle complex queries, explain
decoration methods, and negotiate confidently with international buyers. A Senior
Agent is a complete sales professional, equipped to run the full sales cycle from lead
to closing.
Commission Structure for Senior Agents
Senior agents earn 20% commission on all repeat orders from their customers.
This creates a long-term income stream. Once you close a deal, every future order
from that customer continues to reward you.
- Estimated Earnings: Senior agents typically grow from $100–$400 USD in
early months to $400–$1,000+ USD monthly as repeat clients accumulate.
Introducing the Products You Sell
Partner Globally’s sales agents don’t sell digital services or one-off items. They
represent real, high-demand products used by U.S. businesses every day:
- Clothing & Apparel: Custom t-shirts, polos, hoodies, jackets, uniforms.
- Caps & Headwear: Promotional caps, sports caps, premium brands like Nike,
Richardson, and FlexFit. - Workwear & Safety Gear: Hi-vis vests, industrial uniforms, flame-resistant
clothing. - Promotional Items: Bags, trophies, drinkware, and office supplies.
These products are always in demand because schools, construction companies, HVAC firms, restaurants, and sports teams regularly need branded uniforms and giveaways. For agents, this means a market that never runs dry.
Career Growth Beyond Sales
Your journey doesn’t end at the Senior level. Outstanding performers can become
Sales Managers, assisting junior agents, reviewing leads, and helping close bigger
deals. Managers also earn based on team performance. From there, higher roles
continue to open up, allowing you to build leadership experience and manage larger
sales regions.
Flexibility and Independence
Both roles are remote and commission-based, which means you are not tied to a
fixed office or rigid schedule. Junior agents can balance their tasks with studies or
other commitments, while senior agents can treat this as a full-time profession with
growing income. The system is flexible but structured, giving you the freedom to
grow at your own pace.
A Unique Opportunity for Women
In Pakistan, women face limited opportunities for safe and professional work. Partner
Globally prioritizes women’s participation by offering roles that can be done entirely
from home. Women are given equal chances to grow, and their passing requirement
in training is 65% per lesson to encourage broader inclusion. Many women are
already using this model to build financial independence.
Why This Opportunity is Different
This is not dropshipping, not affiliate marketing, and not freelancing. There are no
hidden fees, no contracts, and no upfront investments. Instead, you are working with
real products, real suppliers, and real U.S. businesses. Training is 100% free,
the commissions are transparent, and the growth path is clearly defined.
