Frequently Asked Questions - FAQs

1. About the Program & Business Model

Q1: In what business model does Partner Globally operate?

We operate in a B2B sales model, selling bulk customized apparel, uniforms, caps, and sportswear directly to businesses, schools, and organizations.

Q2: Is Partner Globally a dropshipping supplier?

No. Dropshipping sells small, ready-to-ship items (1–3 pieces) to individuals through online stores. Partner Globally focuses on custom bulk B2B orders.

Q3: Is Partner Globally in affiliate marketing?

No. Affiliate marketing only pays for clicks or referrals. Partner Globally agents are directly involved in lead generation, outreach, and sales support.

Q4: Does Partner Globally follow a print-on-demand model?

No. Print-on-demand is mainly for single-piece orders sold through online stores. Partner Globally focuses on bulk manufacturing and decoration, starting from 12 pieces or more.

Q5: Does Partner Globally sell on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or freelancing sites like Fiverr/Upwork?

No. We sell directly to businesses through our website, social media, email, and phone. Freelancing marketplaces are designed for services, not bulk custom products.

Q6: Does Partner Globally sell blanks or only customized products?

We sell both. Some clients want blank apparel (wholesale), while others order custom-branded clothing with logos or designs.

Q7: Are all the products U.S.-made?

No. We sell products from Pakistan, China, and the U.S. Only a small portion is made in America; most U.S. brands outsource manufacturing.

Q8: Is this an Amazon/eBay/Etsy training course like the ones sold in Pakistan?

No. We are not selling anything. Our sales training courses are 100% free and designed by real sales specialists with 15+ years of B2B sales experience. The trainers themselves run their own businesses in this same industry.

Q9: Can I join if I already work full-time somewhere else?

Yes, you can. If you can dedicate at least 6 hours a day to this program, you can work alongside another job.

Q10: What tools or software do I need to start working?

You don’t need any paid tools. You will mainly use Google Maps, Gmail, and social media accounts for prospecting and outreach.

Q11: Is there a limit on how many agents Partner Globally accepts?

No. We are looking for thousands of agents — there is no strict upper limit.

Q12: Is Partner Globally a multi-level marketing (MLM) company?

No. We are not an MLM or pyramid scheme. Agents do not earn by recruiting others — you only earn commission from real product sales.

Q13: Does Partner Globally sell single pieces to individuals (B2C)?

No. We only operate in B2B sales — selling bulk customized orders to businesses, schools, and organizations.

Q14: Are agents considered employees of Partner Globally?

No. Agents are independent sales partners, not employees. You work on commission, choose your own hours, and control your earnings.

Q15: Do I need to set up my own company or business license to work?

No. You don’t need to register a company or get a business license. You work as an independent agent under the Partner Globally program.

Q16: What types of customers are considered “businesses” in B2B sales?

Typical customers include:

  • Schools, colleges, and universities
  • Restaurants, hotels, and catering companies
  • Construction, HVAC, plumbing, and landscaping businesses
  • Sports teams and clubs
  • Corporations and small offices
Q17: Is this program only for selling apparel?

No. While apparel, uniforms, and caps are the main focus, agents may also sell promotional items, drinkware, bags, trophies, and office supplies.

Q18: Do I need to keep stock or invest in inventory?

No. All inventory, decoration, and shipping are handled by Partner Globally and its suppliers. You only focus on sales and customer outreach.

Q19: How is Partner Globally different from freelancing platforms like Fiverr or Upwork?

Freelancing platforms are for short-term services (logo design, writing, etc.). Partner Globally is a long-term sales partnership program with commission-based income, not gig-based one-time payments.

Q20: Can I work with other companies while being an agent for Partner Globally?

Yes. This is not exclusive. You are free to work on other projects or jobs while also being an agent here.

2. Joining the Program

Q22: What is this program about?

Partner Globally is a sales partnership program that connects Pakistani sales talent with international suppliers of custom apparel, uniforms, caps, and sportswear. It provides remote, commission-based jobs with free training in B2B selling.

Q23: Why should I join this program?

This is a unique remote work opportunity to earn in USD without paying anything for training or courses. The program also offers career growth: agents can advance to higher roles and earn more. Some of our sales managers are already making $1,000+ USD every month.

Q24: What are the roles in this program?
  • Junior Agent: Entry-level role with simpler tasks and limited commission.
  • Senior Agent: Advanced role with more responsibility, higher skills, and expanded commission.
Q25: What qualifications are required for each role?
  • Junior Agents: Must complete the Customer Prospecting & Outreach Foundations course.
  • Senior Agents: Must complete all three courses — Customer Prospecting & Outreach Foundations, Sales & Communication Skills, and Product & Decoration Essentials.
Q26: What commission structure applies to each role?
  • Junior Agents: 20% commission on the first order only.
  • Senior Agents: 20% commission on all repeat orders from their customers.
Q27: Is there a registration or joining fee?

No. There are no fees for training or joining. Partner Globally was created to provide real earning opportunities, not to sell courses.

Q28: Who can join the program?

Sales professionals, marketers, freelancers, entrepreneurs, students, housewives, and beginners interested in B2B sales are welcome.

Q29: What is the minimum age requirement?

Applicants must be 18 years or older and have a valid CNIC. Children can complete the training but cannot work as sales agents.

Q30: Do I need to sign a contract to work with Partner Globally?

Not at all. You are free to work anywhere, and this program is designed to give you flexibility.

Q31: Do I need to invest money to start working with Partner Globally?

No. We provide free sales training; the only requirement is that you have a computer and internet connection.

Q32: Can women join even if they have no professional background?

Yes. Many of our most successful agents are women who started with no prior experience. Our training is simple, practical, and designed for beginners. Housewives, students, and newcomers are all welcome.

Q33: Can students apply while studying at school, college, or university?

Yes. Students can join as long as they are at least 18 years old with a valid CNIC. The program is flexible and self-paced, so students can balance their studies with sales training and outreach.

Q34: Do I need to attend physical classes or is everything online?

Everything is 100% online. The training, certification, and sales work are all digital. You can learn and work from anywhere with a computer and internet connection.

Q35: Is there a limit to how many people can join from the same city?

No. There is no city-based limit. However, specific regions and customer categories are assigned to avoid overlap between agents.

Q36: Do I need references or recommendations to get accepted?

No references are needed. The only requirement is completing the training and passing the course exams.

Q37: Can I quit anytime if I don’t want to continue?

Yes. There are no contracts or obligations. If you decide to stop, you can quit anytime without penalty.

3. Training & Certification

Q38: What are the training requirements for junior agents?

Junior agents must complete the Customer Prospecting & Outreach Foundations course and earn a certificate before starting work.

Q39: What are the training requirements for senior agents?

Senior agents must complete all three courses:

  1. Customer Prospecting & Outreach Foundations
  2. Sales & Communication Skills
  3. Product & Decoration Essentials
Q40: How long do the courses take?
  • Customer Prospecting & Outreach Foundations:
    • Experienced marketers: a few weeks.
    • Beginners: around 3 months.
  • Sales & Communication Skills and Product & Decoration Essentials:

👉 All courses are self-paced, so your timeline depends on how many hours you dedicate daily.
  •
Q41: Is there a time limit to finish?
  • No. The courses are self-paced.
👉 Recommended: 2–3 hours per day, 5 days a week.
Q42: What score is needed to pass?
  • Men: 70% per lesson.
  • Women: 65% per lesson.
Q43: Are the training videos available in Urdu?

Yes, the basic course includes Urdu video lectures.

Q44: Will I get practical assignments during training?

Yes. You will need to complete practical assignments in the basic course to prepare for real work.

Q45: What happens if I fail a quiz or don’t meet the passing score?

You have three chances to pass. If you fail the first time, you must carefully review the material before retaking the exam.

Q46: Does the training include cold calling?

The basic course teaches cold outreach (email, WhatsApp, social media, and phone). We cover cold calling concepts but not full training. Strong spoken English is needed for agents who want to specialize in calls.
👉 Cold calling is part of the senior agent’s role; junior agents are not required to do it.

Q47: Will I get a certificate after training?

Yes ✅ You will get a free printable certificate for each completed course.

Q48: Is support available during training and sales?

Yes. Agents get help via web chat, email, and WhatsApp.

Q49: Can I get one-on-one coaching if I need extra help?

We provide support through our agent support team via chat, email, and WhatsApp. One-on-one private coaching is not offered, but you may hire an external paid trainer if you wish.

Q50: Do I need to pay for certificates after completing the training?

No. Certificates are completely free and available for download once you pass a course.

Q51: Are the courses taught live or are they pre-recorded?

All lessons are pre-recorded video lectures. This allows you to learn at your own pace, whenever it suits you.

Q52: Can I repeat the entire course if I want to revise later?

You can retake the quizzes up to three times if needed. If you don’t pass after three attempts, you must restart the course from the beginning.

Q53: Are there quizzes after every lesson or only at the end?

Each lesson has its own quiz. There is no single final exam at the end — you earn progress step by step.

Q54: What happens if I lose my certificate or need a copy later?

You can log back into the website anytime and download your certificate again.

Q55: Can I complete the training using just a smartphone instead of a computer?

No. While you can watch some lessons on a phone, you need a computer to complete the practical assignments and real sales work.

4. Doing the Work

Q56: How do agents find customers?

Mostly through Google Maps, followed by outreach via email, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or phone.

Q57: Will Partner Globally provide me with customer contacts?

No. Agents are responsible for building their own prospect lists through Google Maps and other sources.

Q58: What happens if two agents contact the same customer?

We assign specific regions to each agent. If a conflict occurs, we check the customer’s location and make a decision. Agents must not target outside their assigned regions.

Q59: What customers will I be targeting?

You’ll be assigned specific business categories and cities/areas.

Q60: Can I target Europe, Japan, or other countries?

At this time, you will work in assigned U.S. regions. In the future, we plan to expand to Europe, Japan, and other countries, where local languages will also be used.

Q61: Is English the only language I can use to reach customers?

Yes, for now English is required. Later, as we expand to new countries, local languages will be used for outreach.

Q62: Can I work at night according to Pakistan time?

If you are targeting the U.S. market, you may or may not work at night in Pakistan. However, you will get better results if you work during U.S. business hours — which are night hours in Pakistan.

Q63: Do I need to make international calls to U.S. customers?

Not for junior agents. Only senior agents are required to call customers directly.

Q64: Do I need to show my real identity when contacting customers?

Customers don’t ask for your ID. You can use your real name or an English nickname — both are acceptable.

Q65: Can I choose which product categories I want to sell?

Yes. If you have interest and knowledge in a specific product category, we can assign it to you.

Q66: Do I need to sell all product categories?

Yes. Agents get help via web chat, email, and WhatsApp.

Q67: What if a customer asks for a product that is not in our catalog?

In that case, contact your sales manager for guidance.

Q68: What are the tasks of a junior agent?
  • Build prospect lists.
  • Do cold outreach via email, social media, or WhatsApp.
  • Pass interested leads to a Partner Globally sales manager.
Q69: What are the tasks of a senior agent?
  • Build prospect lists.
  • Do outreach via multiple channels.
  • Handle quotes, negotiations, and close deals.
Q70: What time of day should I work?

Results are better if you contact businesses during their working hours. For email, the best time is after 9 AM in the customer’s time zone.

Q71: Will posting products on my Facebook profile bring me customers?

Not directly. Posting builds credibility and reputation, so when prospects check your profile, they see relevant content.

Q72: Does the minimum order (12+) apply to everything?

No. Most American branded clothing items often start at 12 pcs. Other products may require 50, 100, or even 500 pieces depending on the supplier.

Q73: What if a customer needs samples, discounts, or rush orders?

All details about pricing, samples, discounts, and rush delivery are covered in advanced training. For junior agents, pass such queries to your sales manager. Senior agents handle them directly after completing advanced training.

Q74: Do I need to buy my own leads or software tools?

No. You can find leads using free tools. However, if you have the budget, paid tools can help speed up progress.

Q75: Will Partner Globally provide me with email templates or scripts?

Yes. In the Customer Prospecting & Outreach Foundations course, you’ll find ready-to-use email templates and AI prompts for writing cold emails.

Q76: What kind of products sell the fastest?

Caps and promotional t-shirts are the most common and widely used products.

Q77: Do I need prior knowledge about clothing and uniforms?
  • Junior agents: No, since you won’t be dealing directly with customers.
  • Senior agents: It helps, but you’ll learn everything in the Product & Decoration Essentials course.
Q78: How do I report my daily or weekly work?

You don’t have to submit regular reports, but you can share your progress with your sales manager to get advice and guidance.

Q79: Do I need to talk directly with customers as a junior agent?

No. Junior agents only build lists and do outreach. All detailed discussions, pricing, and negotiations are handled by sales managers or senior agents.

Q80: What tools or apps will I use daily in this work?

You will mainly use free tools like Google Maps, Gmail, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Facebook/Instagram. Paid tools are optional but not required.

Q81: Can I build my own sales team under me?

Yes, if you mean a support team that helps you with your tasks as a junior or senior agent. You can hire young girls or boys to assist with list-making, research, or outreach work. It’s a smart idea to grow faster.
👉 Remember: You will pay them a fixed salary from your own pocket, while your income from Partner Globally comes from commissions. You will be fully responsible for their salaries and management.

Q82: Do I need to handle shipping, production, or payments?

No. Partner Globally and its suppliers take care of production, decoration, packaging, shipping, and payment collection. You only focus on sales and outreach.

Q83: Can I use AI tools to help with writing emails and messages?

Yes. We provide AI prompts and templates in training. You can use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot to generate professional cold emails and messages quickly.

Q84: What if a customer asks for credit terms instead of upfront payment?

In that case, contact your sales manager. They will handle such financial discussions directly with the customer.

Q85: Can I share my personal phone number or social media with customers?

Yes, but only for work purposes. You need to create and use your own personal social media accounts, WhatsApp, and email addresses that are designed specifically for this job.
👉 Post company products and offers on these accounts, not personal content. These accounts remain yours but must look professional and sales-focused.

5. Commissions & Payments

Q86: How do agents earn commissions?
  • Junior agents: Build lists, do outreach, and pass qualified leads to a Partner Globally sales manager.
  • Senior agents: Build lists, do outreach, handle quotes, negotiations, and close deals.
Q87: When and how are commissions paid?
  • Recorded after positive customer feedback on delivery.
  • Paid monthly (10th–15th).
  • Sent to your local bank account (IBAN required) from our U.S. bank.
Q88: Are commissions paid in PKR or USD?

Commissions are calculated in USD but paid in PKR into your local bank account, since maintaining USD accounts is difficult for most people.

Q89: Will I get commission if the customer is unhappy or requests a refund?

No. Commissions apply only to successful, dispute-free sales.

Q90: Will I earn commission on repeat orders?
  • Junior agents: Commission on the first order only.
  • Senior agents: Commission on all repeat orders from their customers.
Q91: What if I generate queries but no orders?

Commission is only paid when a query converts into an order. If many leads don’t convert, your manager will review and help adjust your targeting.

Q92: How much commission does a junior agent earn?

Junior agents earn 20% of the invoice amount on the first order only.

Q93: How much commission does a senior agent earn?

Senior agents earn 20% of the invoice amount on all repeat orders from their customers.

Q94: How much can I realistically earn as a new agent?
  • Junior Agent’s Estimated Commission:
    • Month 1: $0–$100 | Month 2: $50–$200
    • Month 3: $100–$400 | Month 4: $200–$600
👉 Some junior agents make $600+ monthly depending on effort.
  • Senior Agent’s Estimated Commission:
    • Month 1: $0–$100 | Month 2: $50–$200
    • Month 3: $100–$400 | Month 4: $200–$600
    • Month 5: $300–$800 | Month 6: $400–$1,000+
👉 Some senior agents make $1,000+ monthly depending on time and strategy.
Q95: How quickly can I start earning after completing training?

You can start earning within 1–2 months. Sometimes it takes longer, but consistency is key. Don’t give up too early.

Q96: Do I get paid a fixed salary in addition to commission?

No. Partner Globally agents are not employees; they are independent sales partners. You earn only through commissions on successful orders. There is no fixed salary.

Q97: Is there a minimum sales target to qualify for commission?

No. There are no monthly or yearly sales targets. You earn commission on every successful order you generate, whether it’s one order or many.

Q98: How is commission calculated if a customer makes a very large order?

The same way as any other order — you earn 20% commission on the invoice amount according to your role (junior or senior). Large orders simply mean larger commissions.

Q99: What happens if two agents claim commission for the same customer?

Commission is only awarded to the agent officially assigned to that customer’s region or business category. If a conflict arises, the Partner Globally team will review the case and make a final decision.

Q100: Do I need a bank account in my own name to receive payments?

Yes. Commission payments are sent to your personal bank account (with IBAN). Payments cannot be made to accounts owned by relatives or friends. This ensures security and compliance with banking regulations.

Q101: Are there any deductions or hidden charges on commissions?

We don’t add any hidden fees. However, when we send (for example) USD $100 from our U.S. bank to your Pakistani PKR account, the amount you receive can be lower because of third-party charges and conversion spreads that we don’t control:

  • Currency conversion spread: Your bank sets its own USD→PKR rate. The rate you see on Google is only a mid-market rate and doesn’t include the bank’s margin.
  • Transfer processing fees: The sending bank, intermediary (correspondent) banks, and your receiving bank may each charge a fee for handling the wire/remittance.
  • Receiving fees: Many Pakistani banks also apply an inward remittance fee when the funds arrive.

👉 The final PKR credited will reflect your bank’s actual conversion rate minus any bank/intermediary charges. To reduce loss, always confirm inward remittance fees and FX margins with your bank.

6. Career Growth

Q102: What career paths exist after joining?

You can grow step by step:
Junior Sales Agent → Senior Sales Agent → Sales Manager → Higher roles.

Q103: What does a sales manager do and how much commission do they earn?

  • Role: Assists junior agents, handles their queries, and helps convert them into orders.
  • Commission: Earns based on team performance (details shared in advanced training).
  • Promotion: Only senior agents with outstanding performance qualify.
Q104: Can I switch from junior to senior agent quickly if I perform well?

To become a senior agent, you must complete two additional courses: Sales & Communication Skills and Product & Decoration Essentials.

Q105: What happens if I take a break or stop working for a while?

A short break of 1–2 months is fine, but longer breaks may affect your performance.
👉 Example: If you earned your certificate in Dec 2025, you must start working within the next 12 months, or you may need to retake the exam.

Q106: How long does it usually take to get promoted from junior to senior agent?

Promotion is not quick. On average, it may take 6–12 months or even longer, depending on your skills, consistency, and how well you complete the required training.

Q107: Who decides when I am ready for a promotion?

Promotion happens right after you complete the two additional courses:

  1. Sales & Communication Skills
  2. Product & Decoration Essentials
Once these are completed and your performance is reviewed, you can be promoted to a senior agent.
Q108: Are there leadership roles beyond sales manager?

No. A sales manager is the highest leadership role for agents. A sales manager handles 10–20 agents and earns commission on their sales. You cannot apply for this role — instead, the company selects talented senior agents for promotion. All sales managers are overseen by the Karachi head office management team.

Q109: Can women also become sales managers or higher-level leaders?

Absolutely. Partner Globally prioritizes women’s opportunities, and female agents are strongly encouraged to step into senior and manager roles.

Q110: If I become a sales manager, will I still earn commission on my own sales?

Yes. Sales managers earn commission both on their personal sales and on the performance of the agents they manage.

Q111: Is there any special recognition or reward program for top-performing agents?

Currently no, because we are just opening this opportunity to the public on September 19, 20, and 21, 2025 at Chaicon Expo in Lahore. However, we will definitely launch recognition and reward programs for top-performing agents in the near future.

Q104: Can I switch from junior to senior agent quickly if I perform well?
  • Recorded after positive customer feedback on delivery.
  • Paid monthly (10th–15th).
  • Sent to your local bank account (IBAN required) from our U.S. bank.

Not at this time. We are sourcing from Pakistani factories, and sustainable options are still uncommon here.

Q116: How long does it usually take for products to be delivered to U.S. customers?

It depends on the order size and shipping method:

  • Large orders (by sea): 6–8 weeks or more.
  • Medium orders (by air): 2–3 weeks.
  • Small/urgent orders (by DHL, UPS, FedEx): 3–6 days.
Q117: Can customers request specific U.S. brands like Nike or The North Face?

Yes. We work with several major U.S. brands including Nike, The North Face, Eddie Bauer, and more. If the brand is in our supplier network, we can fulfill the request.

Q118: Are all products original and authentic, or are there replicas?

All products are 100% original and authentic. We only sell directly from our verified suppliers and partner brands. We do not deal in replicas, copies, or fake items.

Q119: Do customers get a product catalog to choose from?

Yes. Customers receive digital catalogs from our U.S. and international suppliers. These catalogs include a wide range of products, sizes, and decoration options. Agents can also send product links directly from our website.

Q120: What decoration methods are available for customizing products?

We offer multiple decoration methods including:

  • Embroidery (logos on shirts, caps, jackets, etc.)
  • Screen printing (t-shirts, hoodies, uniforms)
  • Heat transfer & patches
  • DTF and sublimation printing
  • Woven or printed labels & tags
👉 The method depends on the product type and customer requirements.
Q121: Can we fulfill very small orders below the minimum quantity?

Normally no. Most apparel items require at least 12 pieces minimum. Some promotional items may require 50, 100, or even 500 pieces. However, for certain urgent or special cases, small sample orders can be discussed with the sales manager.

Q122: Do customers have warranty or quality guarantees on products?

Yes. All products come with a quality guarantee from our suppliers. If there are major defects in printing, embroidery, or stitching, replacements or refunds are arranged. However, warranty does not apply to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Q123: Can Partner Globally source products outside clothing and apparel, like gadgets or electronics?

No. Our program is focused on clothing, uniforms, caps, bags, trophies, and promotional items. We do not supply gadgets, electronics, or unrelated products.

8. About the Company

Q124: What is Partner Globally?

Partner Globally is a Karachi-based marketing and consulting company that works with international suppliers of custom clothing, uniforms, caps, and sportswear. It is a dedicated program providing commission-based remote jobs for Pakistani youth.

Q125: What is Partner Globally’s mission and vision?
  • Mission: To empower Pakistani youth with skills, tools, and opportunities to succeed in global B2B sales while supporting international suppliers in reaching more customers.
  • Vision: To become the leading platform for Pakistani sales talent, creating thousands of remote jobs, empowering women, and helping young people build sustainable income streams in USD.
Q126: Why does Partner Globally focus on women’s opportunities?

In Pakistan, women often have limited options. Partner Globally prioritizes women applicants, offering a safe, flexible, and empowering way to earn in USD from home.

Q127: Who owns Partner Globally?

It was founded in February 2024 by three friends from Karachi with 15+ years of experience in the custom clothing industry.

Q128: Partner Globally started in Feb 2024—doesn’t that mean it’s new?

The initiative is new, but the founders have been running small to mid-sized apparel businesses for 15+ years, selling to U.S. clients under the B2B model.

Q129: What are suppliers/manufacturers?

Our suppliers are partner companies from Pakistan, China, and the U.S. We also work with U.S. brands. Some are global brands like Nike and Eddie Bauer, while others are promotional apparel brands such as Gildan, Jerzees, and Port Authority.

Q130: Does Partner Globally sell products under its own name or on its suppliers’ behalf?

We sell products under the brand umbrellas of our U.S. partners, not under “Partner Globally.” This way, customers deal directly with recognized U.S. companies. Examples include:

  • Excel Promo: All U.S.-branded clothing, uniforms, sportswear, hats/caps, and promotional products.
  • Total Sports Apparel: All made-in-Pakistan sportswear, sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts, and caps.

The training and agent program is currently for Pakistani applicants only, but the customers are based in the United States. In the future, we may expand to other countries.

Partner Globally does not earn from training. We earn from real product sales to U.S. customers. When you generate orders, the customer pays for the products, and from those invoices, commissions are paid to you.

Q136: Who manages the agents on a daily basis?

Agents are guided and supported by sales managers. All sales managers report to the higher management team in Karachi, which oversees daily operations and conflict resolution.

Q137: Is Partner Globally connected to Excel Promo in the U.S.?

Yes. Partner Globally works closely with Excel Promo, a U.S.-registered promotional products company. Many U.S. orders are fulfilled through Excel Promo’s network of suppliers, decorators, and warehouses.
