Who We Are

Partner Globally is a Karachi-based marketing and consulting company that works with international suppliers of custom clothing, uniforms, caps, and sportswear. This is a dedicated sales partnership Opportunity for Pakistani youth, where we provide commission-based remote job opportunities. Our mission is to create growth opportunities for Pakistani sales talent by equipping them with real-world B2B selling skills and connecting them to global markets under the Partner Globally umbrella.

Who Can Join

This opportunity is open to sales professionals, marketers, freelancers, and entrepreneurs with skills in outreach and cold selling.
It is also open to students, housewives, and beginners who want to start a career in B2B sales. Applicants must:

  • Be able to read and write basic English.
  • Have a computer with internet access.
  • Use email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

👉 If your English reading/writing skills are weak, we recommend improving them before enrolling in our training course, Customer Prospecting & Outreach Foundations.

How We Onboard New Agents

All candidates — whether beginners or experienced — must complete the Customer Prospecting & Outreach Foundations course and earn a certificate before starting.

  • The course is completed through structured lessons and exams.
  • Experienced marketers may finish in just a few weeks.
  • Beginners may take around 3 months to complete the course.
  • A minimum score of 70% per lesson is required for men, while 65% per lesson is acceptable for women.

How Agents Earn Commissions

After completing training and earning their certificate, agents will:

  1. Create lists of potential customers using Google Maps and other sources.
  2. Perform cold outreach via email, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and similar channels.
  3. When a prospect shows interest, agents pass the details to their sales manager at Partner Globally, who handles negotiation, closing, and fulfillment.

How Sales Commissions Are Paid

Agents earn commissions only on orders successfully delivered with positive customer feedback.

  • Commission is generated on the date customer feedback is received after delivery.
  • Payouts are made once per month, usually between the 10th–15th.
  • Example: If an order is delivered and the customer provides positive feedback on August 25, the commission is recorded on that date and paid out in the September cycle (10th–15th).
  • Payments are sent to the agent’s local bank account (IBAN required).
  • No income tax is deducted, as commissions are paid directly from a U.S. bank account.

Partner Globally provides free online B2B sales training courses designed by marketing and sales professionals with decades of real-world experience.

  • The course is fully self-learning and available directly on our website.
  • You don’t need a trainer — all lessons are structured step by step.
  • To make it easier, every unit includes Urdu lectures and guides, so you can clearly understand and apply what you learn.
