career. From free training to earning commissions in USD, here’s the step-by-step
flow of how the program works.

Training & Certification

  • Every agent begins with free training courses designed by experienced B2B sales professionals.
  • Junior Agents complete the Customer Prospecting & Outreach Foundations course.
  • Senior Agents complete all three courses: Customer Prospecting & Outreach Foundations, Sales & Communication Skills, Product & Decoration Essentials.
  • Each course ends with a certificate, giving you the credibility to start working with real customers.

Onboarding as a Sales Agent

  • After certification, you are onboarded as either a Junior or Senior Sales
    Agent.
  • You are assigned specific regions, business categories, and product
    focus areas to avoid overlap with other agents.
  • There are no contracts or fees — all you need is a computer, internet
    connection, and commitment to follow the process.

Finding Customers

  • Agents find potential customers mostly through Google Maps and business
    searches.
  • Outreach is done through email, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn,
    Instagram), WhatsApp, or phone.
  • Agents can also use ready-made templates and AI prompts provided in
    training to send professional cold messages.

Handling Queries

  • Junior Agents: When a customer shows interest, you pass the lead to your
    Partner Globally sales manager.
  • Senior Agents: You handle the customer directly — answering questions,
    explaining products, and moving toward a price quote.
  • If a customer asks for samples, discounts, or rush orders, senior agents
    are trained to manage these requests, while junior agents simply pass them
    on.

Price Quotes & Negotiations

  • Senior agents (or sales managers for junior leads) prepare price quotes for
    customers.
  • Quotes include product details, decoration options, order quantities, and
    payment terms.
  • Follow-up is essential — agents are trained to remind customers politely and
    address objections professionally until a decision is made.

Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

  • Once a customer approves a quote, Partner Globally handles the entire
    production and fulfillment process.
  • Products are decorated (embroidery, screen printing, patches, DTF, etc.),
    quality-checked, and shipped from U.S. facilities or supplier partners.
  • Agents don’t manage manufacturing or delivery — their focus remains on
    prospecting and selling.

Commission Recording

  • Commissions are recorded only after positive customer feedback is
    received and the order is confirmed as dispute-free.
  • This ensures that agents are rewarded for real, successful sales.

Commission Payment

  • Commissions are paid monthly, between the 10th–15th.
  • Payments are transferred from Partner Globally’s U.S. bank to the agent’s
    local Pakistani bank account (IBAN required).
  • Rates
    o Junior Agents: 20% commission on the first order only.
    o Senior Agents: 20% commission on all repeat orders from their customers.
