- Log every web form sent in your Google Sheet.
- Columns: Lead #, Website, Date Sent, Reply Status, Notes.
- Update when you get:
• New Contact Info: Replace old info (e.g., new email or phone).
• Additional Info: Add new columns if a company has multiple emails or numbers.
• Do Not Contact: If they reject outreach, mark as DNC.
