Unit 7: Tracking & Lead Updates
Always log call outcomes in your lead sheet:
- Columns: Lead #, Business Name, Date Called, Outcome, Notes.
- Outcomes can be: Answered – Interested, Answered – Not Interested, Answered – Sent Email, Voicemail, No Answer.
- Update contact info if you’re given a new phone number or email.
- Respect “Do Not Call” requests by marking DNC immediately.
