- A lead replied to your email, form, or Facebook DM.
- You’ve confirmed their mobile number is business-related.
- You want to send short updates, reminders, or follow-ups.
🚫 Don’t:
- Send cold WhatsApp messages.
- Spam multiple messages in one day.
